Hello!

My name is Bee and I’m happy however you have found your way to my page! Like most bakers, it’s something I have always found enjoyable and I’m more passionate doing this as a career than other jobs. So at the urging of friends and family I decided to finally get started and see if it turns into a viable and life changing venture for myself.

My current niche is baked sweets. I don’t use any preservatives, and as few as possible unnatural ingredients. As much as possible I use locally sourced ingredients as well. Besides typical sweets, I want to focus on my ethnic recipes which is Hawaiian and Portuguese. I’m working on adding gluten free recipes and health focused ingredient recipes to my portfolio. That would include ancient grains, healthier flour alternatives, free range/Organic/grass fed eggs and butter. My husband prefers the latter and when it’s possible I am willing to use those ingredients in your order for an upcharge.

I will accept and make your order anytime that I am not out of town or have a previous engagement. I do however focus baking Thursday, Friday morning, and delivering amazing, delicious goods Friday afternoon. I’m available for you to pick up from me in Ridgefield, or will meet you for free pickup in Ridgefield, WA. I do deliver and here is the breakdown of my delivery fees.

On Fridays, if you order $25 or more, are flexible with a delivery after noon, and live within a 15 mile radius of Vancouver Mall your delivery is FREE! Otherwise, I will deliver your order for .35 per mile from my home address up to 25 miles. Please message me if you are further away than that so we can discuss what might work for me to get you an order.
