Please tell our county commissioners to support our local theatre! The Center Theatre needs a letter of support from the commissioners to receive a federal grant; our commissioners wouldn’t write the letter. The Center Theatre needs our help and the county commissioners need a little wake up call.

As we head into our last days here on West Main, we’re going to be using up stock and not reordering. We won’t be taking preorders for next week but I know there’s a lot of you that want a bunch of chicken pies - I’m going to have a special pickup day for those on March 13! So, if you want to make a preorder to stock your freezer you can - just plan on picking up on Saturday, March 13! ❤️

Dover-Foxcroft, we’re sad to say we’ve made the difficult choice to close the doors. This decision doesn’t come easy and that’s why we’ve struggled through it for as long as we have. We moved back to Piscataquis County in 2013 knowing there were no jobs here, so we created our own and eventually more. Our goal has always been to be third generation business owners here in the DFC and share good food through our endeavors. Our blood, sweat, tears and so much love have been poured into everything we’ve done. Sadly, our business plan didn’t include a Plan C: How to survive a global pandemic in Piscataquis County.

Thank you for supporting us for the past 7 years! The love and appreciation we’ve received kept us going. If Covid never happened things would be so, so different...

We’re going to be setting our date for March 6th! Please redeem your gift certificates by then. Who knows what the future has for us but at the moment we have put a pause on this and do our best to take care of ourselves and our employees while we all figure out the next phases.
