most of this week will be in the 90s, so to keep the kitchen at a safe temperature to work in, we will not be turning on our fryer or griddle on days it gets over 90 degrees!!

which means on those days we’ll have a slightly limited menu (featuring a few NEW items!!!)

- bbq bowl: bbq pulled ‘pork’, slaw, roasted sweet potatoes and chickpeas, pickled onions, cashew crema over mixed lettuce from Nerdy Turnip Farm
- dijon pomme: cashew mozz, green apple, caramelized onions, arugula, and dijonnaise on toasted sourdough
- bagel & cream cheese is BACK ‼️
- chickpea tuna sandwich
- egg salad sandwich
- berries & cream waffles
- avo toast
- ABLT

still working on my swirl technique, but this week’s flavor is blueberry!!!

we’ll have ice cream available friday, saturday, and sunday starting around noon until we sell out.

we will likely sell out each day so come early and call before to make sure we still have it!!!

ice cream is free of gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, oats. we don’t have gluten-free cones (yet)

we did it!!!!!!!! THE creamiest dreamiest dairy-free soft serve you can find. it’s so good i was scared it had dairy 🚫🐮

available friday through sunday (while it lasts) - call to make sure we have some before making the trip as it’s sure to sell quickly!

we plan to have it available all summer long (on weekends) with a different flavor in addition to vanilla every week!
