Good Morning Crazy Heifer Smokehouse Family

Well we have had a busy beginning to the week.

We have a new Menu with some additions and some tweaks....
As well as the addition of a digital menu board.

One of the tweaks being...

Ribs, available for Dinner 5pm Friday 29th we will probably steer away from lunch availability.

A few other things that have been moved around and changed on the menu as well.

Next big thing.😁

Today is Ken's last day working a Regular full-time job. "GULP"

So this is just Ken's stack of guest checks from our Memorial Day doing 2 shifts at ES3/ADUSA.

Sorry I sat my tickets in a pan at the end of the night that had taco meat grease in it 🤷🏼

Katie was in the barbecue trailer and Ken was in the nacho trailer..... Katie's stack of tickets was just as big if not bigger.
