ABRUZZO WINE DINNER THURSDAY MAY 14 7PM
Recently, I had the opportunity to travel through Abruzzo, one of Italy’s most authentic and underrated regions. During my trip, I visited the winery Feudi Bizantini, where I was truly impressed by the passion and craftsmanship behind their wines.

But what stayed with me even more was the food.

I spent time along the Adriatic coast, enjoying dishes like traditional brodetto, and then moved inland through the hills and small mountain towns, where the cuisine becomes richer and deeply rooted in tradition. From seaside flavors to the simplicity of arrosticini grilled over open fire, every stop told a story.

This dinner is my way of bringing that experience back to you.

On Thursday, May 14th at 7:00 PM, we’ll be hosting an Abruzzo Wine Dinner, featuring a multi-course menu inspired by the dishes I enjoyed throughout the region, each paired with wines that reflect its true identity. We are planning to host the evening outdoors on our patio, weather permitting.

If you have any Italian Abruzzese friends—or anyone who would enjoy a great wine dinner—please feel free to forward this email.
