In Greece, souvlaki is what you grab after a long beach day, on a late night walk through the village, or anytime you want something simple, fresh, and unforgettable. It’s street food at its finest—skewers of perfectly grilled meat, kissed by charcoal, served hot and fast.

Traditionally, you’ll find it wrapped in warm pita with tomatoes, onions, fries (always 😏), and a generous dollop of tzatziki—or plated with sides that bring everything together.

At Greek Brothers Taverna, we keep it authentic 🤍 Our souvlaki is served fresh off the grill, paired with warm pita, Greek rice, house-made tzatziki, and a grilled vegetable.
