We’re a scratch-driven, upscale casual tavern where quality, consistency, attention to detail, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and understands that great food starts with great ex*****on.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

🔪 Minimum 3-5 years of professional line cooking experience, preferably in an upscale casual or scratch kitchen.

🔥 Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, proper temperatures, timing, and plating.

🔪 Ability to manage multiple tickets while maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation.

🔥 Clean, organized, and efficient work habits.

🔪 Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

🔥 Dependable, punctual, and available for evening and weekend shifts.

🔪 Someone who takes ownership of their station and genuinely cares about the food leaving the kitchen.
