So….. I think you can make out the white in this early morning photo…. Frost.
I had 27 degrees @ 5 am. That’s going to slow things down a bit! We have a few hundred lbs in the cooler from the past few days production, and then will have to wait for regrowth to begin. Possibly Wednesday/Thursday before we can start harvesting again. Will keep you posted….
