A few quick "Know Before You Go" tips:

Arrive Early: Join us at 9:30 AM to snag your favorite spot and catch up before we begin.

Start Time: We begin promptly at 10:00 AM. doors will be locked once we start.

Bring: Your mat, some water, and an open heart.

The Reward: Stick around after class for treats and a shell during our SHELLvasana. 🐚
