Summer has arrived at The Paper Canoe 🛶 and so have some fresh new flavors!

Our Loup en Croûte features fresh black sea bass layered with spinach and mushrooms, wrapped in all-butter flaky puff pastry and finished with a delicate herb beurre blanc.

There’s something special about summer on the sound—golden sunsets, great food, good friends, and a glass of wine shared by the water 🌅
