Friends,

We want to thank you all sincerely for almost 7 years of Switchback. It feels wild to read that. Thru much consideration and with our leadership team, we decided It’s time to sunset Switchback to pursue a project we’ve wanted to realize for a long time. More on that later.

To our team. We want to thank you for your hard work and dedication and thank you again for trusting us and taking this leap of faith. In a day where employment feels transactional and work ethic is on the decline, we feel like we continue to hit the jackpot time and time again with you all. We love you guys.

This Sunday 3/29 is going to be last call at Switchback. Come say so long, do a Switchback Shot and share some memories. We’ll be reopening in a few weeks and can’t wait to have you back in to celebrate this next chapter with us, with a fresh renovation and a concept that has deepened our passion for full service restaurants and the vital role they play in our culture. We’ll keep ya posted on exact dates and juicy details as they come.

Hey guys, been a while. We’ve been working hard as heck in the kitchen to bring you this new Birria menu. The Birria Taco plate became our best seller shortly after we put it on the menu. You helped us test the Birria Torta and Birria Ramen and they went off, too. We felt it was time to lean into the Birria a bit harder and add a few more options. We can’t wait to see you in here to try them out. 🤘🏼

Fries loaded with queso, chipotle mayo, crema, your choice of protein & pico. You can switch out the fries for tortilla chips and make them more traditional nachos, but we love them as is!
