This Saturday, we come together. 💓

There are moments when a community gets the chance to remind someone they aren’t walking through life alone.
This Saturday is one of those moments.

Karol has spent the last several months fighting a battle he never asked for, but he hasn’t had to fight it by himself. Because of family. Because of friends. Because of neighbors. Because of people like YOU.

This colorful new food truck, based right here in Newton, Mississippi, has been turning heads with their creative, over-the-top treats that are just as fun to look at as they are to eat. 🍔 FOOD TRUCK SPOTLIGHT:
BIG Tony”s GOOD EATN! 🍤

Today we’re shining the spotlight on a hardworking, locally owned traveling food trailer that has been serving communities across central Mississippi since 2021.

Big Tony’s regularly takes its trailer on the road through places such as Durant, Kosciusko, McCool, Carthage, Grenada, Lexington, and surrounding communities, setting up everywhere from downtown gathering spots to workplaces and medical campuses. They are truly bringing good food directly to the people, one Mississippi town at a time!!!

And their menu is not your ordinary little food-truck menu. Big Tony’s comes loaded with choices, including jerk chicken wraps, chicken wraps, Italian beef subs, salmon sandwiches, fresh salmon nuggets, Philly cheesesteaks, crawfish burgers, shrimp baskets, catfish dinners, po’boys, whole wings, gyro wraps, quesadillas, deep-fried tacos, burgers, loaded fries, fried mushrooms, pork-chop sandwiches, baby back ribs, and more.

They even offer creative specialties such as the Cheddar Bourbon Burger, Bacon Gouda Burger, Dirt Dog, Gyro Burger, Gym Shoe Sub or Wrap, and seafood combinations. Whether your heart belongs to burgers, wings, seafood, wraps, or something piled high with toppings, this truck understood the assignment. 😍

We are especially excited to welcome Big Tony’s to Band Together for Karol Black because supporting this event also means supporting the small businesses willing to travel, set up, work over a hot grill, and serve our communities with a smile.

Their schedule shows just how frequently they travel throughout the region, so let’s give them a huge Louisville welcome and keep that ordering window busy!

☕️✨ FOOD TRUCK SPOTLIGHT: Southern Coffee! ✨☕️

Mamas, after chasing kids between the bounce house, splash pad, playground, face painting, and food trucks, Southern Coffee is going to be your reward station 👏🏼

They’re a local mobile coffee shop that regularly makes stops around Louisville, including Winston Medical Center and Louisville Medical Clinic, and their menu goes wayyyyyyyy beyond plain coffee.

They serve hot and iced lattes, dirty sodas, lemonade buckets, energy drinks, and fun seasonal creations. Their lineup includes favorites like the Salty South, Golden Doodle, Honey Bun, Turtle, Irish, and MY personal favorite, the Captain’s Drink, made with bourbon caramel, vanilla bean, white chocolate drizzle, milk, and espresso. 😍

They also offer drinks like Orange Creamsicle, Strawberry Cheesecake, Razzle Dazzle, Blue Crush, Cherry Bomb, and more, so there’s truly something for the coffee lovers and the non-coffee crowd too.
