Great food, flexible hours & awesome atmosphere Our dining program will certainly entice your taste buds.

You will warm up to our new soup, salad and wrap platform that will take center stage in the dining area. Or you can enjoy your favorite home-cooked meal at our entrée station. Your culinary journey continues at our pizza station where you will enjoy pies with all of your favorite toppings. The next stop is our grill with juicy burgers, cheese quesadillas and french fries. If a sandwich is more your speed, you can build your own masterpiece at the deli. And, of course, to top it all off you have desserts and your favorite hot or cold beverage.

Niche’s 2027 list has SE at #7 for food among universities in Oklahoma. We’ll take the relative win; college cafeterias don’t usually get ranked for Michelin stars. No one is claiming the Caf is the reason to come here, but as someone who eats there almost daily, the food is solid, the coffee is great, and the company is even better.
