Ever wonder what cooking looked like more than 300 years ago?

Chris is taking us back to the very beginning of the Inn to share the story of our earliest building and the original cooking hearth that kept it warm (and its residents well-fed!).

History is more fun when Chris is telling the story.

Happy Independence Day from all of us! β€οΈπŸ€πŸ’™

When the first part of Three Chimneys Inn was built in 1649, there was no United States yet.

New Hampshire was still a young English colony. The Declaration of Independence was more than a century away. Generations of families would live their lives before America became a nation.

More than 375 years later, we're honored to welcome travelers, families, celebrations, and traditions within these historic walls.

This Fourth of July, we're feeling especially grateful for the history that surrounds us, and the memories being made here every day.

Once you find your main squeeze, it's time to celebrate! πŸ‹πŸ€

A bridal shower should feel like a deep breath before the big day... an afternoon filled with your favorite people, seasonal bites, plenty of laughter, and all those little details that make the bride feel loved.

We'll take care of the planning, the menu, and the setting. You focus on making memories.

We'd love to give you a tour!

Imagine colorful reflections along the river, foliage peeking through the windows of historic rooms, and a celebration that feels warm from beginning to end.

There’s a reason couples fall in love with autumn at the Inn. We certainly have.

Thinking about a 2026 or 2027 wedding? We'd love to show you around.

Cheers to the first day of summer! β˜€οΈπŸŒΏIf you could bottle the feeling of a Seacoast summer, it might look something like this:

A campus tour at UNH with your future Wildcat, maybe your third-generation one. A scenic drive down Route 4 exploring Antique Alley. An afternoon by the water, a nature walk through the Great Bay region, and dinner enjoyed a little more slowly than usual.

All with your home base being a 300-year-old Inn that's been welcoming travelers, families, and celebrations for generations.

Summer has a way of creating the memories you'll talk about long after the season ends.
