We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Line Cook/Sous Chef to support our kitchen operations and help deliver high-quality food and exceptional dining experiences. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef to manage daily kitchen activities, maintain standards, and lead the culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and teamwork
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Step in to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
• Help develop and refine menu items and specials

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
