A French Pastry shop that specializes in handmade french pastries that are perfect for any type of event. Here is a little background on the owner, Brad.

He is a graduate in Culinary Arts from Delgado in New Orleans. He is also a graduate of Pastry Arts from L'Academie de Cuisine in Gaithersburg, Maryland. He did an internship at the Ritz Carlton at Tysons Corner, Virginia, where he later worked full time as an Assistant Pastry Chef for 2 years. He later moved back to Lafayette, and started working at Poupart's Bakery for the last 7 years. He opened The Rolling Pin, LLC in January 2016.

Happy Thursday everyone!!

When life throws you a curveball you just have to adjust and keep on rolling. So today unfortunately we will only be available until 11:30 and then we will need to be close the rest of the day. I know our hours have been a little wacky lately but hopefully soon we can get back to our regular hours every week.
