He is a graduate in Culinary Arts from Delgado in New Orleans. He is also a graduate of Pastry Arts from L'Academie de Cuisine in Gaithersburg, Maryland. He did an internship at the Ritz Carlton at Tysons Corner, Virginia, where he later worked full time as an Assistant Pastry Chef for 2 years. He later moved back to Lafayette, and started working at Poupart's Bakery for the last 7 years. He opened The Rolling Pin, LLC in January 2016.

What an amazing turnout last night at Taste of Acadiana!! We met many new amazing people as well as a bunch of our regulars. We definitely felt the love.

Today we will be available for walk ins from 9-4. We have all of our fruit mousse cakes stocked as well as our bite sized pastries. So if you’re looking for a little sweet treat, come stop by and grab one of these beauties.

Good morning! If you need a little sweet treat to beat this dreary day, we will be available for walk in customers from 9-4. We have all of the popular fruit mousse cakes in stock as well as our bite sized pastries.

We still aren’t able to drive on our new driveway but it is safe to walk on it. So we are asking customers to still park along the road and use the new driveway to walk to our shop. Thanks for you continued patience.

Good morning!!

We are happy to say that we got our new driveway poured before any rain this morning!!

Unfortunately we weren’t able to make it to Lafayette Farmers and Artisans Market today but we will be open at our shop for our normal Saturday hours of 1-4pm. Walk ins welcome.

We still aren’t able to drive in our new driveway yet so we are still asking customers to park along the road but you’re welcome to walk on the new driveway to our shop.

Thanks again for all of the patience during this construction, but we promise it will be worth it.
