We’ve had brunch rolling in Eagan for a while now, and honestly, it’s been one of those things people keep coming back for. So it felt about time we brought it to our Golden Valley location, starting this Sunday!

Same approach you’d expect from us. Food that’s a little indulgent, a little comforting. Think Eggs Benny smothered in hollandaise, crispy Chilaquiles, our famous BLB Waffles, Thiccc Bacon, and Bottomless Mimosas.

We’re also adding a couple new things to the menu at both locations that we’ve been playing around with.

A Breakfast Smash Burger that's exactly what it sounds like, in the best way. Smashed wagyu blend, melty American cheese, a fried egg, crispy bacon, and hollandaise on a sesame bun. It’s rich, and a little messy.

And then there’s the Espresso Frosted Cinnamon Roll. We ran it over Easter and it disappeared faster than we expected. Soft, warm, loaded with gooey cinnamon, and finished with our Italian espresso frosting. It’s now officially staying!

If you’ve been meaning to check us out on a Sunday, this is a good place to start.
