Here's to the teachers who taught us to think big, work hard, and stay curious. This MEA weekend, we're saying thanks the best way we know how. With a drink on the house!

For all school employees, bring your school ID and your first cocktail, draft b**r, or glass of Victorio's W**e is on us.

For the late nights, the lesson plans, and the patience of saints.. we salute you.

All right, the fall menu is here, and we’ve got some good stuff for you!

First up, the Sicilian Pork Cutlet is BACK. An old family recipe, pounded thin, fried golden and crisp, with Nana’s sauce for dipping. You cut into that crispy edge, get a little sauce on there. Come on. Mangia!

Then there's the Seared Scallops & Wild Mushroom Risotto. There's a golden sear on the scallops, rich risotto with three kinds of mushrooms, and lemon beurre blanc over the top. This one might become the new fan fav.

And the Pumpkin Ravioli, with roasted butternut squash purée, walnuts, gorgonzola, and sage. Rich, a little sweet, then that bite from the cheese. Licking the bowl is allowed.

A couple other fun things on the menu, including a Coffee-Crusted NY Strip, and save room for desert, because we have a Rhubarb Crumble that might be the best we’ve ever served.

See you tonight!

All right, we’ve got three NEW Fall Cocktails dropping tonight. And yes, we put Cinnamon Toast Crunch milk in an Old Fashioned.

Starting off, we went back to the 90s and brought back the appletini...and just made it grow up a little so it's not the glowing neon green drink you remember. The Honeycrisp Appletini starts with Alex's house c***r and apple brandy, so you get that real apple flavor, a little floral sweetness, and a tart lemon finish. If you like your cocktails crisp and bright, this is it.

The Spiced Pear Hugo Spritz is pear, elderflower, bubbles, and a little allspice. Light and refreshing, with just a hint of spice to remind you it’s October. You're allowed to drink a spritz after labor day.

Then there’s the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Old Fashioned. We spent a lot of time doing the R&D on this one, and ate way too much cereal...product testing...but we finally dialed it into an incredibly smooth Old Fashioned that goes down way too easy. We wash the bourbon with cereal milk, which gives it a silky texture and cinnamon toast flavor, then add in a cinnamon vanilla syrup, and a couple bitters.

We'll see you at the rail tonight. You’ve got some tasting to do.
