Poulet au Poivre & Pasta
For our Tuesday & Wednesday night 3-course prix fixe dinner!

Succulent chicken breast, sautéed and served atop pappardelle pasta with a green peppercorn sauce and a touch of cream. If you’ve never tried green peppercorns, they are prematurely harvested black peppercorns that with a zesty and milder flavor than standard black pepper, with a subtle citrusy bite. Delicious!

Dinner also includes your choice of:
House Salade or Chicken & Noodle Soup,
and Creme Brûlée, Chocolate Mousse, or
Layered Cream Cake

Complete 3-course meal is $49, plus tax.

Eagle Fun Days - SATURDAY!

EAGLE FUN DAYS PAELLA PARTY IS SATURDAY 6/27!
Restaurant opens after the parade (2:30pm?).
Watch Chef Franck prepare your traditional Paella on the patio while sipping a glass and enjoying an appetizer.
Then, dig in to a piping hot plate when the first pan is ready at 5pm.
The full dinner menu will also be available.

What is "socarrat"?
Socarrat is a crucial part of the Paella Valenciana, the original Spanish paella.
Socarrat comes from the word socarrar, meaning “to burn” or “to scorch.” It refers to the well-done layer, underneath all the filling, that lovingly clings to the pan. Once the broth cooks out from bottom, there’s no protective liquid between the pan and the rice, and it starts to fry. The rice gets good and crispy and the tomato sofrito and broth-bathed rice cook down and caramelize. This, friends, is socarrat and it’s what gives a traditional paella texture and a thread of deep richness. A proper paella should always have socarrat. It should never be soggy and watery, but rather dry and flavorful.

Unfortunately, due to parking and public bathroom constraints posed by the parade next Saturday, the restaurant won't open until after the parade clears out after 2:30pm. PAELLA PARTY on the patio starts at 5pm!

Summer has arrived for this outdoor performance.

Be prepared for sun and HOT temperatures.
SHADED SEATING CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.

A self-serve water station will be near the front door, along with a walk-up bar outside with beer, wine, soda, and appetizers for purchase. Tableside service is also available for those ordering from the dinner menu or the 3-course prix fixe menu (Chicken Saltimbocca). Servers will be working throughout the crowd to assist in any way they can.

Reservations are NOT REQUIRED for the concert and seating is available on a first come, first serve basis. Bring a chair if you’d like, as our seating is limited.

The dining room will be open for full service, including our 3-course prix fixe dinner for $49. (Doors will be open so that you can enjoy the music inside!)

Cover charge is $20, but will be waived with food and beverage purchase. EHS band students are FREE and encouraged to attend.
