The kitchen might be tore up but we still have crock pots! Corned beef cooking all day! Man.... It stinks... Wait.... Smells great in here!!!!!

One more reason brisket is the worst cut off meat of there. I get gruff for trimming of the extra fat but it cuts cook times in half and the meat cooks so much more even. The pan on the right is the meat... The left is the trimmed fat. About a 50/50 cut.
