Happy Fourth of July from our family to yours. 🇺🇸
As we mark 250 years since the founding of this nation, we’re reminded of the generations, journeys, and hopes that brought us here.
Only in America is our story possible.
The family behind Timberyard has roots from across the globe: Iranian, Lithuanian, Irish, Eastern European, and others, from Jewish, Muslim, and Christian faiths. Folks who came to this country, from just a single generation ago to many generations ago, with the hope of working hard, building a good life, and creating more opportunity for their children and the generations beyond them.
America has always been an experiment, a work in progress, shaped over generations by people who believed they could help build something better for the ones who came after them.
That long arc of history is still being written, and the promise of a more perfect union is still worth believing in.
Your support for small, family-owned businesses like ours helps keep that American dream alive, and we don’t take that for granted.
We’re grateful for the community around us and we’re proud that Timberyard is a place where, in what seems like an increasingly polarized world, everyone can come together. On any given day here, you might see a young family with kids, an old farmer, a tie-dyed hippie, an off-duty cop, a girl in a rainbow shirt, or a guy in a red hat, all sharing the same space.
Today, we’re grateful for this community, for that promise, and for the chance to keep building here in East Brookfield.
Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Independence Day. 🍻
We’re closed today so our team can enjoy the holiday, but we’ll be back at it tomorrow from 12pm - 8p with food, drinks, ice cream, and live acoustic jazz with The Combination at 2pm.
