This past weekend, we had the pleasure of providing catering for a private home celebration.🎉🎊

It is entirely possible to create an exceptional experience—complete with professional service, delicious refreshments, and carefully prepared food—right in the comfort of your own home.

For this specific party, we prepared specialties such as:

This is our in-house created cornbread recipe, after many many failed versions; this was everyone’s favorite.🌽🍽️🧑‍🍳

We highly recommended it to go along with our barbecue menu - pretty much most of the events keep ordering after tasting a bite.

Made by hand, with love in the morning for each event fresh !
Using never bleached or brominated flour, two kinds of corn flour; fresh eggs, whole milk, and a very secret natural sweetener.

Give it a try, and please let everybody else know your experience. 🙂😋

Paella 🧑‍🍳🥘

Paella is the name for the shallow pan, not the dish. Traditionally Spanish paella is saffron flavored rice based dish consisting of any local available proteins and produce (fish, meat, snails etc.)

We offer classic (chorizo & chicken) and seafood.
But we are flexible to accommodate your special needs.
For example: Paella Verde w/seafood was cooked because customers do not like tomato,
Annual Vassar College reunions request Vegan Paella,
our Pakistani friends love goat & ghee version.

As you see, we are able to custom taylor this amazing dish to your liking.🍽️😋

Here’s a look at the 49th annual Pig Roast family gathering in Millbrook, New York.
Beautiful weather, amazing people, and a fantastic atmosphere—and we were right there in the mix. 🙂
For this event, we prepared a variety of dishes, such as:
▪️ Hamburgers, cheeseburgers 🍔
▪️ Fresh fruit bowl 🍓🍇🍌🍍🍎🍉
▪️ Pasta salad
▪️ Potato chips and salad 🥔
▪️ Grilled sausages
▪️ Cheese platter 🧀
▪️ Whole pig 🐷
▪️ Grilled whole chicken 🍗
▪️ Grandpa's cucumber salad 🥒
▪️ BBQ pit beans (vegan)
▪️ Homestead cornbread 🌽
▪️ Desserts 🍰 (grilled peaches + mango mascarpone sauce) 🍑 ...and much more.

Of course, everything was tailored to our customers' wishes. 🙂

We were very touched that at the events. Your guests were surprised that the chips are freshly made.😉

We apologize for that… we took it for granted fresh, freshly ham cut, and fried chips is a staple on our grazing/appetizer station.
