There are a lot of things about the holiday season that make me happy however, cookies are definitely on the top of the list.

I make these nutmeg spiced sugar cookies every year. I hope there's some left over for Santa.

Ok guys, this project made me so very anxious. I had never done frosted cookies before, let alone character cookies. So this was a real challenge.

But just look at it!! I'm so happy with how these turned out!! These Booba themed delicacies went out to a very special two year old boy. Happy birthday Keanu!!

My husband said he did not want a cake for his birthday. So.... I baked him an 8 layer cake! A baker's gotta do what a baker's gotta do!!

He was exceedingly pleased with his beer bucket cake. Eight layers of beer and stout infused chocolate cake with a smooth chocolate coffee buttercream.

He's on his 12th slice of cake 🤣

There's something so satisfying about a drip cake!

I had some left over strawberries (see previous post) that needed to be used up... 3 layers of strawberry vanilla sponge cake with a chocolate strawberry drip.
