Last week was pie week. This week we are working on filling more orders. I am busy with cakes and pies. Qe will have some dutch apple pies available this weekend. We will keep you posted.

125 pies made for tomorrow. Classic apple, mixed berry, cherry, blueberry, peach, dutch apple, strawberry rhubarb.
So yummy. I got to try some warm with vanilla ice cream. Happy birthday America. 🇺🇸

German chocolate cake, chocolate patriotic cup cakes and a Dutch apple pie going out for orders.
Also cake pops.
Tomorrow we start the pies for independence day. Very busy week of baking and filling orders.

Did an emergency cake for a client. Marble with buttercream and chocolate ganache center. Burgandy, navy, cream and gold.

I'm back to making cakes. Funfetti cake with orange creme whipped icing. Love the orange whip. Tastes like orange creamcicle as a frosting.

Cake cups and cut cake for my cousin's wedding. Vanilla raspberry and chocolate ganache.
My first baking job after my foot surgery. It was fun to get in the swing of life a bit.
