Have you made your lunch plans yet? Nordic Cottage has a great special for you! This classic club sandwich is like a leveled-up BLT combined with a savory ham or turkey sandwich. It offers a perfect harmony of textures: warm, crisp bacon and toasted bread, perfectly balanced by savory, salty cheese; creamy, rich mayonnaise; cool, crispy lettuce; and juicy, lush tomato with that yummy ham and turkey. This club sandwich, with a side of chips, is $8.50 today AND tomorrow.

Are you ready for Nordic Cottage's Saturday specials? I'm not sure that I am! Along with the regular breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and drinks, today's specials will brighten your rainy day: Swedish pancakes and Sugar Buns!
💜 Swedish pancakes are thin, crepe-like, tender, and buttery, served with toppings like lingonberry jam or whipped cream. This special includes four pancakes with Lingonberries and whipped cream, if you'd like, priced at $8. You can top off the yum with a side of your choice of meat for $1.50.
💜 Sockerkringlor (Sugar Buns) are, candidly, my absolute favorite baked good on Heather's menu! These light and bright pastries are priced at $4.
I'm not sure you could start your Saturday off any better than with these Swedish Pancakes and Sugar Buns, friends!

Heather and her staff have done it again, friends! In addition to the amazing baked goods, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, and coffee and soda menu items, we can now order a matcha latte from our favorite bakery! Whisked on its own in hot water, matcha is layered and a little surprising the first time. A matcha latte tastes like a creamy, earthy, and lightly sweetened green tea. You'll taste a smooth, rich blend of vegetal or grassy notes and a subtle, savory "umami" flavor, perfectly balanced by the sweet creaminess of milk. A new constant on the Nordic Cottage menu, you can order a small matcha latte for $5.75 or a large one for $6.75.

Friends, there is more yumminess coming out of the Nordic Cottage kitchen today!
🥣 You can add Chicken Noodle Soup to the options available for lunch today! Pair your grilled cheese, ham & cheese, turkey & cheese, or BLT sandwich with one of Nordic Cottage’s homemade soups -- or let a bowl be the star of your meal. You can't go wrong with any of these choices!
🎁 Also -- and this part is written is a secret font so the dads can't read it (obviously) -- if you haven't picked up your Father's Day gift certificate, you still have a chance! Nordic Cottage will be open tomorrow from 8:30am until 10am, but dads will be welcome to redeem their gift certificates any day that we're open.
