🙌 We moved from a home bakery to open our brick-and-mortar space on November 1, 2021. It’s been 5 years and we’re going strong!

We just cannot thank you all enough for supporting our small vegan business! We never could have imagined that we would go from making a few cakes at home to a full, successful business and it’s due to all of your support! THANK YOU!!!!

I’m Holly. If you don’t already know, I started this as a vegan home baking business in April of 2020. During that time I roped my husband, Charles and our son, Gabriel into helping me out. We opened the brick and mortar location in November 2021 and we’re so proud of how the business has grown!

I still work as a full time nurse, Charles is a phenomenal bass player who teaches bass and plays in two Rochester bands and our son, Gabriel is now in Wisconsin navigating young adulthood.

My mother, Vera started teaching me to cook and bake at four years old. I loved watching her create intricate, towering cakes with pillars, staircases and fountains. She passed away in November 2015, so this time of year is always hardest for me, but I’m so happy I get to share what she taught me with all of you.

This past weekend was a large wedding.
🧁 180 floral cupcakes in burnt orange, navy, white & ivory in the flavors of:
-Pumpkin with vanilla buttercream
-Carrot with vanilla buttercream
-lemon filled with raspberry with lemon buttercream
-Vanilla filled with strawberry with vanilla buttercream

-Pumpkins (white & orange)

-Autumn leaves

🐕 6” two-layer cutting cake - chocolate cake, raspberry filling with chocolate and vanilla ombre frosting. Bride provided-roses and the cutest cake topper we’ve seen!

A quick tip: When providing the baker with your wedding flowers, please be sure to heed the size of your cake. If the flowers are too large (as in this case), they will overtake the cake.
