🍕 A little behind-the-scenes update at GG’s Pizza!

The kitchen expansion is taking shape! Next up are the new walk-in cooler, the oven hood, and opening up the wall to connect this space to our current kitchen. More room for our crew to work and more space to keep making the food you love!

We’re waiting for the hood to arrive before the next big stage. We may need to close for a few days while everything gets connected, but we’ll share the dates as soon as they’re confirmed.

For now, we’re open and cooking! Thank you for supporting our family business and helping make this expansion possible. ❤️🍕

A little update on the expansion! The framing has started, and the pad is ready for the new walk-in cooler. Getting closer! 🔨🍕

🚧 A little heads-up for lunch today! Crews are getting ready to pour concrete for our kitchen expansion, so parking at GG’s will be a little tight around lunchtime.

We’re open as usual, and street parking is available! 🍕

Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience and support as we make these improvements! ❤️

The foundation is in! 🧱🍕

Our kitchen expansion is moving along. Inspection is scheduled for Tuesday, then they’ll fill everything back in and get ready for framing.

We’re making room for more ovens, more fryers, a new walk-in freezer, and more space for our crew to keep up with all those pizzas and wings!

Your support is what’s made this possible, and we’re excited to share the progress with you. Thank you for helping GG’s grow! ❤️

A few people have asked what we’re adding at GG’s, so here’s the scoop! 🍕🍗

Last year we expanded our refrigeration. This year we’re expanding the kitchen—more ovens for pizzas, more fryers for wings, and more room for dough and our growing crew!

No dining room expansion or menu additions planned right now. We’re giving ourselves more room to keep up with all the orders you’ve been sending our way and keep making the food you love.

Thank you for keeping us busy and helping our little family business grow! We’ll keep sharing pictures as things move along.

And underground parking? 😂 We’ll have to save that for another project!
