Happy Fourth of July from all of us at Ella’s. ❤️

To our amazing guests,

Over the last several days, this extreme heat wave has pushed our air conditioning systems beyond what they can handle. With the already intense temperatures in our wood-fired kitchen, conditions have reached a point where it is simply not safe for our chefs and kitchen team to continue working.

The health and safety of our staff will always come first, and while we know this is disappointing—especially on a holiday—we hope you understand why this decision had to be made.

If you have a reservation for this evening, a member of our team will be reaching out to you personally.

🍕 Tonight at Ella’s! 🍝

Of course, our famous Chicken Parm is back and available all night long — every Tuesday through Thursday and always a guest favorite.

Making its return to the menu tonight is a pizza we haven’t seen in the Ella’s kitchen in quite some time: The Bacon & Potato Pizza featuring garlic & olive oil, brie, red onion, rosemary, bacon, and roasted potatoes. A rich, savory combination that has been missed by many.

We’re also running a fresh Mixed Green Salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and our house-made Italian vinaigrette.

Doors open at 5 PM. Whether you’re joining us for a classic favorite or trying the return of an old favorite, we’ll have the ovens fired up and ready to go. See you tonight! 🔥🍷🍕
