It's with heavy hearts and heavy minds that we have to announce Brine Dining will be closing it's doors at the end of this month (December). Throughout the past six years, we have loved getting to know and feeding all of the Cape and beyond! Loyal regulars who would make the weekly trip from Osterville to Ptown. You were with us through thick and thin, through growing pains, a pandemic, through bad playlists, you showed up for us and we love you for that. Thank you from the bottom of the entire staff's hearts for supporting us and making Brine the success it was and will continue to be. The wedding receptions, baby showers, bachelorette parties, celebrations of life, we thank you so much for inviting us into your lives and making memories with us. Though we will no longer be at 4100 State Highway, don't count us out just yet! Changes are hard, but sometimes a good thing.

But! We still have an entire month together to reminisce over great times had! So come down and get a drink with Dian! Give Joe a hug. Tell Gina her dress looks nice. Let Dwayne know he's tall. Let Zia know she's a culinary master. Ask Katie to get a "hellllll yeeeeeah". Get your last mushroom ravioli. Grab some artichoke cakes to go. Get the best damn eggs benedict this islands ever seen. Use up that gift certificate you've been saving (we can buy back any unused). We will be running down our menu and not restocking, so as the month goes on certain items might be removed from the menu.

We will miss all of you, that's for sure.

Unfortunately the time has come and we are loosing our incredible summer workers as they travel back to school. Brine Dining is looking for a few well seasoned workers to join our staff for the off season. We are looking for a bartender and 2 servers to join the front of house and a chef to join our kitchen team.
