THIS TUESDAY NITE. Josh & Dave cook some steaks nicely for “fun”. Thicc Frites + Caesar Salads + Brownie Sundaes. Bavettes from Austin Brothers valley farm via the maestros Susan and Terry Ragasa. Served on the cheapest plates we could afford. 5-8pm or until no meat is left.

SMOKED PORK SANDWICH cooked thrice with a Fayetteville NC bbq sauce type beat + a multi pepper escabeche. Obviously messy, don’t be afraid to request a pair of XL powdered vinyl gloves when you’re here, happy to oblige. ALSO, KIMCHI AND MAITAKE FRIED RICE, BEETS WITH GREEN GARLIC VADOUVAN, attractive RADICCHIO, DONUTS, LIL CRAB ROLLS LIL PORK BELLY ROLLS, CINNAMON BUN and MAPLE MOCHA SOFT SERVE right right.

FINALLY, if you plan on eating dinner this TUESDAY we are OPEN and serving exclusively STEAK + FRITES + CAESAR SALADS + BROWNIE SUNDAES on very cheap but real plates. Real primo bavettes from Austin Brothers Farm via your favorite butcher Susan and Terry Ragasa.

I do henceforth reckon that this is the ultimate combo. Concord Grape + Roasted Peanut. If you’ve been unlucky enough to be near me the past two days, I have handed you a grape or talked about grapes. Still can’t believe the earth produces these things but yeah it’s an essential twist. Also it’s officially Variegated Radicchio season for those that celebrate, also it’s donut season again, also get the damn Minestrone. Here til 9PM EST.

oops we haven’t posted in a while, here’s some stuff we are making today.

TOMATOES.

Braised Wax Beans with Smoked Heirloom Tomato Ragu and Crispy Masa. 📠 no one buys this one. Only the real Gs. Be a real G.

Texas Toast with Bull’s Horn Pimento Cheese, Heirloom Tomatoes, Shiso, and Hot Sauce. Totally derivative but someone has to do it.

Sungolds & Peaches with Fresh Mozz, Sunflower, Purp Basil, and the finest olive oil we could afford.

Also Char Siu Grinders with Melted Leek, Raspberry and Earl Grey Soft Serve, Pork Belly Rolls, Root B**r, Panna Cotta, Eggplant Mapo, etc etc Amen.

Hark, the season of single vegetable vegan salads is here. L to R we have the very nicely blanched and chilled pole beans with the lanzhou strange flavor. If I have comped these your way it likely means I like you and I like these beans. If you have been comped something else I may still like you but I also may have been extinguishing a problem. Also here is a cuke salad with a miso tahini dressing and gingery chickpea crispers.
Also there is the zucchini sandwich that has blown up the internet with nearly 130 likes, spicy tamarind broccolini, lavender soft serve with lavender cookie crumbs, blueberry custard pie, and a small grip of cocoa-mascarpone icebox cake. Here til 9!!!!!!
