Howdy Pop pals! Do we know anyone looking for a prep kitchen? Fully plumbed; sinks, grease trap, and hot water heater available with the space (for sale, not included). Lots of electrical - 6x110v, 4x 220v single-phase, and the storage area is wired for 220v three-phase. 800sqft with an additional 400sqft of storage attached. We loved this space for 10 years and would be so happy to see someone make use of everything we put into it.
Happy to connect anyone interested with building management. It’s available now!

Scenes like this make it all worthwhile!

This week could have been so … complicated. I had a full time team member quit, via text, but Ava, long time former team member, was in town for this week only and offered to come in to help. At the same time, new team member Lucy not only stepped up into a bigger role, she also recommended two awesome new team members. Ava and Lucy are pictured here, chatting away, while bagging a stunningly vivid batch of orange cream.

Hey Pop Pals! It’s hard to believe that 10 years ago today I was loading up the pop trike to attend Florence Night Out, hosted by our pals at pivot.media. A novice pop maker who was hoping for the best. And here we are, ten years later, saying goodbye to our beloved pop kitchen as we are soon to move into our new space (same building, basement level). It’s fitting that the last pops made in my first pop kitchen are rainbow pops for hampshirepride tomorrow (Sat, parade starts at 11).
I am incredibly grateful to all of you for supporting us over the last ten years and I can’t wait to celebrate another ten to come!
