Ingredients include our own soba noodles, a variety of 21 fresh vegetables, and a proprietary island style sauce.

- Island Noodles w/ Chicken:
All white meat teriyaki chicken breast can be added to our already delicious noodles

for extra protein. Looking for a vegan option? Order straight up Island Noodles w/o chicken. Island Noodles are served in convenient, take-out cups made of eco-friendly compostable material that is BPI certified. We also provide a choice of chopsticks or forks and Sriracha sauce for guests who want to spice things up. Corporate and private party catering also available! Minimum 100 servings.
