Good Morning!! Coming Soon!!! A new place to grab a quick Breakfast!! Salty Shenanigans will be cooking up delicious Cat Head Biscuits (this means they are huge) and Breakfast Bowls to sell from the SGI Food Truck. You will see the truck starting this Friday, at Bayside Coffee Co.!! Stop in and say good morning!! Also keep watching for more collaboration between us as we look to expand the Take & Bake and Grab & Go’s you can pick up Mangia!!

A few years ago, when I first came to the island, one of my first really big catering gigs was in the Plantation. Bunnie Ison, had been to the SGI Food Truck a few times, and loved my food. I did a number of jobs after that, including catering one of the Art Shows in Apalach. She was a pistol to work with, demanded your best and was not afraid to share constructive feedback.

When I took over Mangia, she brought in The Plantation’s Monthly Ladies Lunch Group. Today, many of them are here to, among the birthdays and other life events, celebrate Bunnie, and I am honored to host this Celebration.
