We’re planning to be back on St. George Island in about 4–6 weeks, serving up our real-deal smash burgers and specialty fries 🍔🍟

We are a small, family-owned and operated veteran business — a father and son side by side. This isn’t just food to us, it’s personal. Every burger we smash and every fry we serve is made with the same care, taste, and quality we expect for our own family. You will often find them in line with you.

On Monday, our very own Fry Guy — and son — Wes finally had his surgery. After delays and reschedules, it was a long road just getting here. Watching your child go through something like this puts everything into perspective. Right now, he’s on the road to recovery, and we’re holding onto that.

We’re beyond grateful for the support, patience, and kindness from our customers — you’re part of what keeps us going. We can’t wait to get back, fire up the grill, and serve you again soon.

We had planned to reopen in March, but our favorite fry guy is having surgery, so we’ll be reopening in April instead. Your support means everything to our small business and to him during his recovery.

Look for us at our next event in Apalachicola The Forgotten Coast Freedom Festival Air Show. This will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025. We have enjoyed this season and appreciate everyone’s support. Back at The Food Court on St George Island Spring 2026.

On November 15th, the Friends of Army Aviation (FOAA) will be flying riders during the Apalachicola Forgotten Coast Freedom Festival and AirShow in Apalachicola, FL.
