It has been a year since we said goodbye to Wild Island. People have asked me about my music and where I might be playing or where they can listen, which really makes me happy. Some of you were at the Jazz Festival and enjoyed my NewNet band. but otherwise, nothing has been or is scheduled to happen on Orcas.

I love observing our sweet space here… this week first soup up is a roasted tomato, garlic with chickpeas and spinach.

That is the breakfast “cookie” jar.
Oat flour, oats, olive oil,dried fruits, millet and sweetened with banana and maple. Pretty good with a cup of coffee in the morning and the fiber count would make Dr B sing:)
