Good evening! We are pleased to showcase another recently completed project. The notion that customers become friends before friends become customers is especially relevant in this case. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Amber-Allen Turner. Last year, we worked closely with the client to envision the perfect summer getaway. The project entailed a thorough renovation, with meticulous attention to detail. We began by demolishing the existing seawall and dock, which had reached the end of its useful life. A new seawall was installed, and the yard was regraded to improve drainage. Additional loads of rock were also incorporated to reduce wave action. A single-stall boathouse was constructed to precise specifications, providing ample space for future enjoyment. Upon completion of the construction phase, we imported over 30 loads of dirt to level the yard and ensure proper drainage. The final stage involved the installation of zoysia sod, complemented by a sprinkler system designed and installed by Harris and Co. to ensure optimal growth. Got another one done!
This boathouse had an awesome turnout! The boathouse was equipped with a jet ski slip with plenty of room leftover for gathering! On the outside slip , we set it up for a v hull boat for use with the upcoming summertime! The customer loved the closed in ceiling look so tongue and groove was installed and finished out with can lights to finish out the custom design! We are always looking at jobs! Good evening!
I would love to give a huge shootout to Bob Milani and Susan Milani! They allowed us to take an open plan and covert it into something that will be enjoyable for many years to come! We built a max style dock which included a 16x20 platform , 6x30 walkway, and two slips. The first slip was dual purpose by having half of the slip covered for a gathering area while using the 2nd half as a lift to store two jet skis to keep them under cover. The 2nd slip was used to store and lift a pontoon while having a 5x12 storage for all the storage you could want. We were also able to construct over 300 foot of seawall to complement the new dock and prevent any future maintenance that may be needed once landscaping is done.
This dock is a perfect example of pure quality and attention to detail. A lot of qualities include:
• hydraulic driven poles. All our poles go the deepest depth possible to achieve maximum support and strength.
• 16 inch framing. All of our framing is on 16 inch centers and build to withstand elements for the duration of the construction.
• t1-11 cathedral style ceiling. This extra cost is well spent because your ceiling will not be flaking with time from the osb you find common on docks due to moisture.
•Direct contact from dock poles to boathouse poles. This prevents any future sagging due to support not being direct.
• All inclusive package. Our quote will include a turn key plan. From the removal of existing eyesore all the way to the boat lifts and electrical, you will not be hit with any extra expenses once we are completed.
