Where's The Flour We are a Celiac safe kitchen located in the Eden Prairie Mall Food Court. We are a celiac safe kitchen located in the Eden Prairie Mall Food Court.

We strive to provide a safe environment for our customers. We are completely gluten-free as well as Nut and Shellfish free. All of our batters and breadings are dairy and egg free. We do use cornstarch in most of our items. If you have any questions about specific ingredients or need an allergen list please feel free to DM us!

This year we will not be able to make it to the state fair with a truck because of the new location opening. HOWEVER, as a fellow celiac I know how important it is that we don’t miss out on all the incredible and greasy state fair foods. Anywho, Where’s The Flour will be doing a “Mock Fair” at our NEW store location. Although, to be able to do this we need help from our ever so lovely consumers. We are asking you all to help curate a list of food you endlessly crave at the fair so we are able to try and replicate it in a 100% safe celiac version. Go crazy with ideas. I’ll start, deep fried ravioli.
