Our gluten-free waffle cones are a delicious vessel for our ice cream!
Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at waffle cone making - we’ll be doing lots of it this summer. Our kitchen team in St. Paul makes our batter from scratch. We receive it at the shop in Edina, heat up our irons, and get to waffling!
The waffles are cooked to a dark golden brown. When the timer goes off, waffles are transferred to the rollers where they are shaped into cones. After sitting in the rollers for a bit, cones cool on a wire rack. Then they move to their serving racks in stacks of 4!
Anytime someone comes into the shop and says, “It smells so good in here,” it makes a waffler’s day. Thank you! Hope to scoop you up a cone soon 🧇
