Grant Group Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce our newest project “The Plaza at Stephenson Park”. is in the process of finalizing our final permittable plans as well as working with the city of Edmond on some of the the engineering with regards to the new updated Stephenson Park renovations, which should also be starting very soon. The Plaza at Stephenson Park is an urban adaptive reuse project that will consist of a mixture of retail including a large community Plaza that will not only provide access to the shops but will also serve as a common gathering place for dining, socializing, etc… In the rear of the project, there will multiple modern creative office spaces. In short... We are going to bring this old building, which has long been an eye sore, back to life for the residents of Edmond to enjoy!
