So uhh, Day 2.5 of The Great Boil Order of 2026. hopefully this is fixed ASAP, but we can’t seem to get a straight answer, so who knows!! It’s imperative we have clean water, so we will be closed AGAIN today, 6/20z We’ve had to close for the two busiest days of the week and our amazing crew is missing out on hours. This is supposed to be the start of elote season, a momentous occasion for all. Sadly, elote season will have to be postponed a little longer. We can’t even say for sure if we will be open tomorrow, which is pretty messed up! We LOVE you Edwardsville! We hope you have a great Saturday and we will hopefully see you soon.

We’re very sorry but we are currently under a boil order for the next 24 hours(June 18-19th). We will reopen tomorrow at 5:30ish PM. We will be shucking Keller Corn and getting elote ready in the meantime. We apologize for any inconvenience!
