anded to a full-service gourmet restaurant. We credit our immediate and continuing success to an “experimental attitude” towards food that parlays in both restaurant and catering businesses. We are always experimenting and creating in the kitchen. We cook from our hearts. I believe that quality, fresh products, prepared in a simple yet unique way, then served with pride and friendly service will result in customer satisfaction. All of our sauces are made fresh; including our unique brown sauce made the old fashioned way (with no artificial base or coloring) and our well-known tomato sauces.
