Lunch for clients today, pan seared scallops in a sage brown butter sauce, pancetta Parmesan gremolata over roasted butternut squash, micro greens and pears with walnuts and a pear vinaigrette. Spot on success!

Another year and another garden, added a lot more tomatoes, lettuces, peas, beans and other fun items. We decided to go with raised beds and all drip system this year along with composted material, seems that it is the magical combination
