Last year we did the diner pop up and had the craziest turn out and line alllll day n night both days! We had so much fun and can’t wait to do it again!

This year we are doing another pop up! This time we are doing a collab with the one and only
curating a menu that combines her award winning dish with our twist and wild style to give this exclusive menu a taste of both our worlds united.

Each of these dishes hit so hard 🤤
They are a unique and gourmet version of something you’ve probably never seen or tasted before.
But most of all they’re each just so freaking delicious,

2024: A Year of Climbing

This past year has been an uphill battle—a relentless climb over every mountain in front of me. I’ve cried, laughed, felt anger, lost hope, and somehow found strength again. All of this while balancing fatherhood and running a business.

I walked away from unhealthy relationships, faced the consequences of bad business decisions, and nearly lost everything. Yet, I kept trying—rebuilding over and over again. From days where we barely sold a burger to moments of selling out in just 45 minutes, this year tested my resilience and taught me invaluable lessons about myself and the importance of being present.

What does 2025 hold? I’ve mapped out a plan, but life doesn’t always follow the script. So, I’m taking it one day at a time. Winning those unseen daily battles and staying focused on finishing another year strong.

Exciting News from Star Burgers Express!

We’re excited to share that we’re working hard to reopen with a fresh twist! As we move forward in this new chapter, we’re experimenting with updates to our menu and making changes that we think you’ll love.

Here’s what we’re planning:

🍔 A New Grind: We’re trying out a different grind of meat to help lower costs while still aiming to deliver that delicious taste you’ve come to love.

🍔 New Additions: We’re adding new toppings like ketchup, mustard, and our homemade salsa verde to give our burgers a bold, new flavor.

🍋 Quench Your Thirst: We’re working on perfecting Vinny’s Lemonade – the ideal refreshing drink to wash down your meal.

We appreciate your patience and support as we finalize these changes and get everything ready. Stay tuned for more updates and our reopening date. We can’t wait for you to stop by and experience the new Star Burgers Express in the making!
