This Thursday at Mayfair Burger Bar, we raise a glass to a legend.
Join us for the Inaugural Mike Jones Memorial Day Kickoff Party as we honor a man who meant so much to the Frankfort-Elberta community. Mike wasn’t just a proud serviceman of this country, he was a friend, a familiar face, a community leader, and someone who helped make this town feel like home.
From 4 p.m. to close, we’ll be featuring some of Mike’s favorites:
🇺🇸 $2 PBRs
🥃 $5 Benchmark Whiskeys
🍔 The “Mike Jones American Classic”
Served just the way he ordered it: sauce on the side, no lettuce, fries included, and a whiskey to chase it down.
Owner/operator Nick Crawford will be decked out in full red, white, and blue, walking the room collecting donations for future fireworks displays in the Frankfort-Elberta area, something Mike truly loved supporting.
This won’t just be a one-time event. Every Thursday before Memorial Day weekend, we’ll gather to celebrate Mike’s legacy, the community he cared so deeply about, and one of Northern Michigan’s favorite kickoff weekends.
