We try really hard to bring you fresh, creative content in the pages of The Betsie Current, so we try not to publish a story twice on the same individual, event, business, etc.

This week’s catch is blackened snapper topped with a black bean corn salsa, seasonal veggies and garlic mashed.

Chef’s cut is our epic Beef Medallions, with a red wine reduction sauce.

The soup? Chef’s Gumbo with shrimp, chicken, and andouille sausage.

When she’s not greeting people and putting her artistic touch on signs here at The Cabbage Shed, you can find Sage on the softball field.

Congrats to this amazing lady for making the NFCA High School All Region team.
She was voted in from 88 teams to join the all star team on July 14th.

We can’t wait to see this lady shine! ✨
