Just want to say thank you to all the get wells from all our friends and Customers. These kidney stone and infection has not been fun for me. We will post if we plan on opening this Thursday we will not be open tomorrow Wednesday July 8th. We will see how i feel for Thursday. Thank you all so much.

Well my fourth of July did not turn out as i so well planned out instead of being able to have my Food truck and celebrating with family and friends while cooking and serving at the Grub Bus . I end up spending 5 hrs at the hospital due to my body decided to have a very painful kidney stone. Let's just say that really sucked. And i am so disappointed for letting all our customers down by not being open. Just very upset that I could not do what we had planned so hard to do.

DUE TO A MEDICAL EMERGENCY THE GRUB BUS WILL NOT BE OPEN TONIGHT WE ARE SO SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.WE WILL SEE U NEXT WEEK WE ARE SO SORRY. Just TO LET EVERYONE I MAY BE HAVE A SERVE KINDEY STONE I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW AS SOON AS I FIND OUT

Don't forget the Grub Bus will be opened Tomorrow evening Saturday the 4th. Come eat and watch the great Eldons fireworks. we will be open from 4pm to the end of the fireworks so come on out to the Grub Bus in Eldon Mo right across the street from the shell gas station. See u then.

Hello all our great people, Steve and Carol's Grub Bus WILL NOT BE OPENED this Wednesday July 1st and Thrusday July 2nd. BUT WE ARE GOING TO BE OPEN THE LATE AFTERNOON FROM 4PM TO ? ON SATURDAY THE 4TH OF JULY RIGHT IN OUR NORMAL SPOT. AT THE BARKLAGE LOT RIGHT ACROSS FROM THE SHELL GAS STATION IN ELDON. SO WHEN U COME TO WATCH THE FIRE WORKS AND HANG OUT IN THE AREA. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO FEED YOUR STOMACHS WITH SOME OF THAT GREAT GRUB FROM THE GRUB BUS. SO WE WILL BE SEEING U THE EVENING OF THE 4TH OF JULY. IT'S GOING TO BE EXCITING.
