This past Easter proved to me that chocolate can be very finicky… not too cold but can’t be too hot or it’s trash 🫠 I prefer a thin chocolate layer— lost two bags of chocolate trying to keep it warm enough to be liquid 🫠

It’s that time of year again, Mariah has defrosted which means me too! However I’m releasing my holiday menu with importance and a little different. I’m running a campaign called Cookies for Christmas. It’s my goal to sell a few dozen in order to make an extra cushion going into the next year due to income loss in October. I started my business Tipsy Blonde because my gingerbread recipe was really that good. If you were looking to try it last year or would be interested in supporting right now I’d definitely appreciate your business ❤️

Hey! So funny news Facebook changed policies and my previous tipsy blonde page will be no longer publicly available starting October 8th so tomorrow! I was not able to transfer everything over so I will eventually post my menu and work on this page. I will try to have everything updated 😄
Annnd ps family and friends everybody was sent an invite to here as an option facebook gave during set up.

If you don’t know already I am Chef Kira or Chef Kie to some. I started my bakery business in 2022 and have so far had many happy customers. I would say I am definitely worth a try atleast once! So keep my name in the hat if or when you consider custom ordering special treats 😋
