Happy Fall!
This will be the last schedule for the Legion Kitchen from me. Our 51-year run has come to an end. Thank you to all those who supported us over the years. I'm not sure what is ahead for the kitchen. Feel free to stop in and check it out.
9/26/24, Thursday - Burgers and Lightning 5:30-7:30 pm. Lightning starts at 6:30 pm.
9/27/24, Friday - Fish Fry Day lunch 11:30-1 pm and dinner 4-7 pm. During the dinner hour, we will be having a celebration for Inge Keller. She ran the kitchen for 40+ years. We thought it would be fitting for our last fish fry to celebrate her.
Please preorder Baked Haddock by 9 am Friday at 847-741-8143. You can leave a message and we will confirm your order on Friday morning.

Wow! We sold out of everything last Friday night fish fry! I guess someone really shared our posts! Thank you!
Don’t forget 9/27/24, Friday during the 4-7 pm meal we will be celebrating Inge Keller, the heart and soul of the Legion Kitchen. Join us as we celebrate 51 years and her legacy. This night will also be the end of this chapter for the present kitchen crew. Starting 10/01/24, the American Legion will be heading in a new direction with the Kitchen.

You may leave a message about your order and we will confirm your order by Friday morning. Please join us early for the best selection as some items are limited.
9/27/24, Friday 4-7 pm we will be honoring Inge Keller, the heart and soul of the Legion Kitchen. If you have stories or pictures from her many years of service and dedication to the veterans and people of the community we would be happy to have you share those with us!

9/6/24, Friday- Fish Fry Day, lunch 11:30-1 pm and dinner 4-7 pm. Please call 847-741-8143 to place your order for Baked Haddock. Orders must be placed by 9 am Friday. Plan to join us early as some items are limited.

8/15/24, Thursday - Burgers and Lightning 5:30-7:30 pm. Lightning starts at 6:30 pm. A $3000 jackpot is waiting to be won!
8/16/24, Friday - Fish Fry Day lunch 11:30-1 pm and dinner 4-7 pm. Our original haddock is back! Please bear with us as we get through the remainder of the substituted haddock. This should be the last week of it. Thank you for your patience. Please preorder Baked Haddock by 9 am Friday at 847-741-8143. You may leave a message during the week. We will confirm your order on Friday morning.

8/9/24, Friday - Fish Fry Day 11:30-1 pm and 4-7 pm. Pre-order Baked Haddock by 9 am at 847-741-8143. Please leave a message if no answer. We will confirm your order on Friday morning. Please bear with us since we had to substitute our haddock. We hope this is temporary. It's still good quality ocean haddock and hand-breaded fresh by us each week. Just cut differently. Plan to join us early for the best selection since some menu items are limited.

Well, July is over and our little treasures will be heading back to school in a couple of weeks. And there's a 148 shopping days till Christmas! Time is flying by! 😁
This is what is happening at the Legion Kitchen this week:
8/1/24, Thursday - Burgers and Lightning 5:30 -7:30 pm. Someone took home the jackpot last week! Congratulations to the winner! This week starts a new board with another chance to win $3000.
8/2/24, Friday - Fish Fry Day 11:30-1 pm and 4-7 pm. FYI: Since the US is not allowing Russian goods into the country our fish has been substituted. So it's still haddock but not our regular brand. Please bear with us as we try to get through this process. Hopefully, it won't last long.
