Here’s how I piped Elsa’s braid on this Frozen themed cake! I used tip 4B (however in retrospect I think I would have liked to use 1M instead) and piped in a weave pattern. I used American buttercream for the braid, the rest of the cake was a Swiss meringue base!

I said it! Cake pops are my biggest ops - but they cute!!!! Does anyone have a good kitchen playlist they want to share? I’ll say it louder for the people in the back- the kitchen is for dancing! I can make a lot of cute stuff with butter and sugar — but the secret ingredient is lots of joy 🥳🥳🥳🥳
