What a blessed day for Rafa’s Tacos! 🌮🙏

Today we had the honor of serving two amazing events!

🎓 Belvidere, IL – We catered a 50-person graduation party celebrating their son’s huge accomplishment. On the menu:

🍗 Chicken Fajitas

🍻 Elgin, IL – We served 30 guests who got together to enjoy great food, great friends, two FIFA matches, and the UFC event featuring Conor McGregor. Today’s menu:

We celebrated my dad’s retirement at home with a delicious homemade feast of carnitas, Mexican rice, and frijoles charros with nopales. After years of hard work, he deserves nothing but the best. Congratulations on your retirement, Dad! Enjoy this new chapter—you’ve earned it! 🎉👏

Today was a very special day for our family. ❤️

We had the honor of catering at TC Industries in Crystal Lake for my dad’s last day before retirement and his 62nd birthday celebration. 🎉🎂

Today’s menu featured our delicious steak and al pastor tacos, and we were proud to serve approximately 90 of his friends and coworkers who came together to celebrate this incredible milestone.

After many years of hard work, dedication, and sacrifice, my dad is officially beginning a new chapter of life. Watching so many people show up to celebrate him is a true reflection of the respect and friendships he built throughout his career.

Happy 62nd Birthday, Dad, and congratulations on your retirement! We couldn’t be prouder of you. Thank you to everyone at TC Industries for allowing us to be part of such a memorable day.

Now it’s time to relax, enjoy life, and make new memories. 🌮🥳🎉
