Our kitchen is open Monday through Saturday from 11am- 3pm serving up some of the best soup, salad and sandwiches in Tennessee. Come get coffee and dessert from our in house bakery anytime we are open from 7am - 5pm. Our baker is hard at work five mornings a week and aims to please. We are always have the best coffee in the region ready for you on the counter, or you can have something special made by one of our skilled baristas anytime.

✨ June’s Artist Showcase! ✨

This month we have Borderline Art and Meraki Macrame!
They will be displaying and selling their work through out the month of June! Come by The Coffee Company and see what they have in store for you 😍

Abigail Francis of Meraki Macrame is an Elizabethton Local who finds joy in creating macrame inspired by her love of nature and colors. She uses recycled cotton cord in all of her work, and takes pride in offering a wide variety of products in her craft. .macrame24

PJ Boyajian, she/her, is the face behind Borderline Art. A small-batch, multi-medium artist, creating loud and impulsive art. PJ created Borderline Art after the overturning of Roe v. Wade in 2022. As a hard feeler, she always found herself turning to the arts to express, but with her lack of education in art, she felt it was “borderline” art.

✨ STAFF SPOTLIGHT ✨

Today’s an extra special day because we get to celebrate Lauren with a staff spotlight AND celebrate her Birthday! 🎉💕🎂 we’ve gratefully had Lauren a part of the coffee co family for over 6 years and at different capacities. She started in the kitchen, moved her way into Kitchen Manager and now she is our fearless and compassionate GM! She values connections with customers and staff and you will always see her greeting guests with a warm smile. She works hard, cares about those around her and leads with heart!

Here’s a few facts about Lauren😍
• She’s originally from the Asheville area
• She has two sweet kiddos
• She adores every customer that comes in, treating them like family 🥹
• She loves straight black coffee & drives a massive truck!
• When she’s not working, she’s out on the lake or finding a new hiking spot! 🥾

✨ STAFF SPOTLIGHT ✨

Today we have Kelly ~ she’s our music queen, a real life anime character, and sweet as pie. 💓
Sadly, this is our last few days with her. She has given us a big part of her heart for the past few years she has been with us. We are so sad to see you go and very excited for your ventures! 🫶🏼
She will be traveling to Germany and Japan before she lands back in the states to study Forensic Chemistry at Towson University in the fall! Our Tennessee hearts will miss her dearly!!

Some facts about Kelly

• She’s been with us since 2024
• She loves connecting with our regulars, it makes her feel right at home!☕️
• Her favorite part about her position is working events after hours. Paying attention to the small details, hanging out and ensuring events go smoothly!
• When she’s not at school or work, she’s traveling! She loves going to concerts, collecting CD’s and watching Howl’s Moving Castle ✨

Oh we have our incredible Kitchen Manager, ABBY!

She brings a killer skill set to our kitchen team. She has a long history working in restaurants with her husband, Shank. You’ll always see this tiny human busting her butt all around the shop! She’s a jack (Jill?) of all trades & always willing to give a helping hand 👏

Some facts about Abby!
• Shes originally from Florida. These mountains have stole her beach heart but she still loves the ocean & anything water related 😍
• She’s been with The Coffee Company for almost 2 years now. Started off as a kitchen staff member, then worked her way up to Kitchen Manager!
• Her favorite part about working at The Coffee Company is feeding the community! Meeting everyone & serving them delicious food!🍽️
• She loves that no two days are the same. It challenges her to help grow and reevaluate.
• On her days off, she enjoys hiking, disc golf, gardening & seeing live music with good friends & a cold beer! 🎶🥾
